Milk & Cocoa Recovery Drink

We've heard from lots of people that chocolate milk is their go-to post-LSD run/walk drink. However, we want to be sure it's a healthy version! The milk and cocoa drink recipe below includes ingredients that contain the right amount of antioxidants, minerals, proteins and carbs - feel free to mix in other ingredients to create your own perfect post-run/walk drink.

Ingredients Amount
Almond milk or organic whole milk 1 cup
Organic almond butter or peanut butter 1/4 cup
Banana 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1 Tbs.
Chia seeds or ground flaxseed 1 tsp.


Blend all ingredients together.
